Banana Egg Pancakes

  • ½ Banana, diced
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Orange, its juice
  • 1 tsp Milk
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp Ahuacatlan Oil Natural
  • ½ tsp salt

In a bowl mix together the orange juice and sugar until disolved.

In a sauce pan, add the orange juice mixture and the banana. Bring to a boil and simmer until bananas are soft and almost disolved.

In a separate bowl, whisk the egg, milk, and salt.

Heat up a skillet, add Ahuacatlan Oil Natural and when hot add the egg mixture, let cook for a few minutes, and add the banana mixture, and cook until done.

Serve immediately.
