Blackberry Chia Smoothie

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup chopped pineapple
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1 cup of coconut water
  • 1 teaspoon of Ahuacatl├ín Avocado Oil

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend. Serve immediately.
