Chipotle Chicken Wings

Chipotle Chicken Wings

  • 8 chicken wings
  • 1 tbs Ahuacatlan, onion flavor
  • the juice of 2 limes
  • 1 medium can of chipotles
  • 1 large tomato
  • ¼ white Spanish onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 4 tbs Ahuacatlan Avocado Oil, chipotle flavor
  • Salt to taste

Heat the oven to 350 F.

Clean the chicken wings and place them over a tray and cover them with Ahuacatlan onion flavor, salt to taste and the juice of 2 limes.

In a blender, add the can of chipotle chiles, the tomato, the onion, garlic and 1 tbs of Ahuacatlan chipotle flavor. Blend until smooth.

Add the blended mixture over the wings covering the chicken. Marinate for 1 hour.

Transfer them to a baking sheet and bake 20 minutes at a time until they are nice and crispy.
