Edamame Hummus

  • 1 cup cooked edamame
  • 1/4 cup sesame seed paste (tahini)
  • 2 medium-sized limes, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled
  • 1 handful cilantro, washed
  • 2 tablespoons lime Ahuacatlán Avocado Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

In a blender or food processor, grind together the edamame, tahini, lime juice, water, garlic clove and cilantro.

Once well blended, add 2 tablespoons of lime Ahuacatlán Avocado Oil.

Salt and pepper to taste.

 

Suggestions:

If you like it spicy, add 1 jalapeño.

Serve with pita bread or with vegetables.
