Fish with Garlic Mojo

Fish with Garlic Mojo

  • 2 Fish filets of your choice
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1 tsp. Ahuacatlan Lime
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 cup Ahuacatlan Garlic
  • 10 Garlic cloves, diced
  • ¼ cup Cilantro, finely chopped

Marinate the fish by placing it in a non-reactive container. Add lime juice, Ahuacatlan Lime, and salt. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.

In a bowl, add Ahuacatlan Garlic, garlic cloves, and cilantro. Mix well and reserve.

In a sauté pan, fry the garlic mojo until the garlic is golden brown, be careful not to burn, and remove. In the same pan, saute the fish both sides until fully cooked.

To serve, place the fish in a plate and top with the garlic mojo. Accompany with rice or salad.
