Oven Fried Pork Chops is a simple recipe, that will be quick to make and not make a mess out of the kitchen. It is perfect during your busy work week.

Ingredients:

  •     4 pork chops, trimmed. Bone-In are the best, but its your choice.
  •     Ahuacatlan Avocado Oil
  •     1 egg
  •     2 Tablespoons of milk
  •     1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  •     A pinch of salt
  •     1 cup of herb-seasoned dry bread stuffing mix

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Pour Avocado Oil into a 9 by 13 pan. Make sure the oil coats the bottom of the pan really well.

In a small bowl, stir together egg, milk, salt and pepper. In another bowl, pour in the bread crumbs. Coat the pork chops with the egg mixture and then coat both sides with stuffing mix. Place each pork chop in the greased pan.

Bake in preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Turn chops and bake for another 10 to 12 minutes on other side. The pork chops are done when there is no pink in the meat and the juices are clear.
