  • ¼ cup Ahuacaltan Garlic
  • ¼ onion, finely chopped
  • 1 celery branch
  • 1 sprig parsley, finely chopped
  • ½ liter of milk
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 egg
  • Bread crumbs, enough to bread the croquettes
  • Ahuacatlan Natural to fry
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cans of tuna in water

In a sautee pan, heat up Ahuacatlan Garlic, sautee the onion, and celery until they have changed color.

In a blender, add the milk, flour, salt and pepper and blend. Add the onion and celery mixture and blend. Finally, add the tuna, and blend until homogeneous.

Form the croquettes using your hands. Pass them through an egg and then through breadcrumbs. Fry in Ahuacatlan Natural. Serve.
