Apple Crepes

Apple Crepes

  • ¾ cup pancake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup, plus 2 tsp. Ahuacatlan avocado oil natural
  • 6 cups Granny Smith green apples, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Agave syrup
  • ½ tsp. Ground cinnamon

In a blender, add pancake mix, eggs, milk and Ahuacatlan natural. Blend for 10 seconds until homogeneous.

In a saute pan, add 1 tsp. Ahuacatlan natural and heat up. Make the crepes by adding one spoonful of the mixture to create a large, but thin layer. Let it cook for 30 seconds and flip to cook on the other side. Finish the mixture by continuing to make the rest of the crepes.

In a sauce pan, add 1 tsp. Ahuacatlan natural and heat up. Add the apples, agave syrup, and cinnamon. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Reserve and use to fill up the crepes.

Take each crepe and place them over a plate, add the apple filling and fold 2 times in half. Serve immediately.
