- 2 lb. Chicken wings
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbs. Ahuacatlán Natural
- ½ cup tomato sauce
- ¼ cup water
- ¼ cup agave honey
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 3 tbs. hot sauce of choice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
Heat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a saute pan, add Ahuacatlan Natural and sautee onion and garlic, until trasclucent.
Add tomato sauce, water, agave honey, sugar, mustard, hot sauce, salt and pepper. Simmer to low heat during 15 minutes until reduced.
In a baking sheet, place the chicken wings, add salt and pepper on both sides and add a layer of the bbq sauce.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350 F.
Flip them and add another layer of the bbq sauce. Place in the oven for another 10 minutes.
Cool off for 3 minutes and serve.
