Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of Ahuacatlan Avocado Oil
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of flour
- 1/3 cup of unsweetened cocoa
- 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts (if desired)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9 X 9 inch pan
In a medium bowl, mix together the oil, sugar, and vanilla. Beat in eggs. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt; gradually stir into the eggs mixture until blended. Stir in walnuts, if desired. Spread batter evenly into prepared pan.
