Homemade Granola

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • ¾ cup slivered almonds
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup dried blueberries
  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp salt.
  • 2 tbs Ahuacatlan Avocado Oil
  • ½ cup real maple or honey

In a large bowl, combine oats, slivered almonds, sunflower seeds, blueberries, pumpkin seeds, cinnamon, and salt.

In a separate bowl, add Ahuacatlan Avocado Oil and maple or honey. Pour the oil-honey mixture into the grains and mix until they are all evenly covered.

In a greased baking sheet, add the granola mixture and bake at 325°F for 30 to 45 min or until golden brown. While in the oven, toss every 10 minutes to make sure it bakes evenly. Remove from oven and wait until it cools down to break down into chunks.
