Mac and Cheese

  • 5 cups of milk
  • 1 lb. Maccaroni pasta
  • 2 cups of cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbs. Ahuacatlan Avocado Oil Natural

In a large pot, add Ahuacatlan Avocado Oil, milk and bring to a boil. Add the maccaroni and cook there to medium heat for 10 minutes. Move constantly.

Add the cheddar cheese into the pasta until the cheese spreds out. Heat up for 3 minutes at low heat.

Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes until uniform.
