Oaxacan Tlayudas

  • 1 cup refried beans
  • ¼ cup Ahuacatlan avocado oil garlic
  • 1 cup cabbage or lettuce
  • 8 oz. Oaxaca cheese shredded
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 2 serrano chiles, chopped
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 radish, sliced
  • 2 corn tortillas tlayuda style

In a pan, add Ahuactlan oil garlic, heat up the tlayuda tortillas.

Heat up the refried beans, and spread a thin layer over the tlayudas.

To serve, add cabbage, and Oaxaca cheese over the tlayudas, add serrano chiles, avocado and tomatoes. Heat it up on top of a skillet until the cheese starts to melt.

Add meat or vegetables as wishing.
