Potato Stripes

  • Roasted potato wedges with herbs and salt

    3 red large potatos

  • 4 tbs Ahuacatlan Avocado Oil Natural
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tsp garlic powder

Preheat the oven at 400°F.

Cut the potatoes in thick pieces lenghtwise.

In a bowl add the potatoes with Ahuacatlan and mix until fully covered.

Add the parmesan cheese, italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt and pepper and mix well.

Bake at 400°F for 40 minutes.

Serve with your favorite dip or salsa.
