- Cream cheese
- 2 tbs. Scallions, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup flour
- Puff pastry
- 10 slices of ham, cut into triangles
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- ½ cup parmesan cheese
- Oregano to taste
- Drizzle Ahuacatlan Avocado Oil
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese with scallions, and season with salt and pepper.
In a flat kitchen surface, spread the flour, extend the puff pastry until it reaches a thickness of one finger. Cut it in triangles of 4×6”.
Take a triangle and add the cream cheese mixture, the slice of ham and the shredded cheddar. Roll the croissant starting on the wider end. Do the same for the rest of the triangles.
Lay them out on a lined baking sheet.
Varnish the top of the croissant with egg wash. Repeat with the rest of the croissants.
Bake for 15 minutes.
