Roasted Brie

Roasted Brie

  • Thin sliced bread
  • Ahuacatlan Avocado Oil
  • 1 Brie wheel
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • Rosemary sprig
  • Pear slices

Set up the oven to 350 F.

In a pan, toast a few thin slices of bread with a drizzle of Ahuacatlan Avocado Oil. Our Chef recommends baguette bread or a multigrain with nuts.

Grease a medium size sheet tray with Ahuacatlan Avocado Oil and place the Brie wheel in the center. Pour honey, add chopped pecans, and one rosemary sprig.

Bake 10 minutes.

Serve with pear slices.
