- 4 slices white bread (sandwich style)
- 5 oz. Cream cheese
- 2 mangos, cubed
- 4 tbs. Fresh mint, finely chopped
- 9 oz. Serrano ham, roughly chopped
- Drizzle of Ahuactlan Avocado Oil Natural
In a sauté pan, add Ahuacatlan oil natural, toast the bread on the pan on both sides until crispy. Flip a few times to avoid burning.
Spread cream cheese over the bread.
Add mango, serrano ham and mint and enjoy.
