Sweet & Spicy Cranberry Sauce

  • 2 cans all natural whole berry cranberry sauce (15 oz each)
  • 1/2 cup Storino‚Äôs Organic Pomegranate Fruit Vinegar
  • 1 tbs Chipotle Ahuacatlan Oil
  • 2 cups dried cherries
  • 1 tsp grated orange zest
  • 1 tsp grated lemon zest
  • 1 tsp fennel seed, optional

In a large saucepan, combine all the ingredients over medium heat 10 minutes. Cool slightly and transfer to quart jar and cover with a lid.

Serve garnished with additional orange zest and pecans if desired.
