- 1 cup greek yogurt, natural flavor
- 3 eggs
- 1 lemon, its juice
- 2 tsp. yeast
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup Ahuacatlan Natural
- 3 cups all purpose flour
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Beat the eggs and sugar, add lemon juice and yogurt.
In a separate bowl add the flour, yeast and cinammon and mix with a whisk until even. Add the egg mixture, and the Ahuacatlan Natural.
Grease a round coffee cake baking pan. Pour the batter into the pan.
Bake during 30 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
