- 10 oz. Dark chocolate, roughly chopped
- 2 tbs. Ahuacatlan Natural
- 2 each ripe avocados, pulp cut in chunks
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup walnuts, chopped
- Agave honey to serve, optional
Preheat the oven at 400°C
In a double boiler, melt the chocolate, when it’s almost about to be fully melted add the Ahuacatlan Natural and mix well until both ingredients are incorporated. Remove from heat and let cool off.
In a food processor, puree the avocado.
In a separate bowl, beat the melted chocolate, avocado puree, vanilla and eggs. Slowly add the dry ingredients starting with the cocoa powder, then flour, and finally the walnuts. Mix until homogenous.
Prepare brownie molds with Ahuacatlan Natural on all sides. Add the brownie mix. Bake for 15 minutes or when a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Tip: To give it a sweet touch, drizzle a little bit of agave honey before serving.
