8 jalapeños
- 16 bacon strips
- 5 lb. Cream cheese
- 1 tsp Ahuacatlan Avocado Oil Natural
Preheat the oven to 400° F.
Cut the jalapeños in half lenghtwise, remove the sedes and veins scraping with a spoon.
Fill out with cream cheese and wrap them with bacon.
Grease a baking sheet with Ahuacatlan Avocado Oil Natural.
Place the jalaneños on the baking sheet with parchment paper or foil, and bake for 25 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
Serve with your favorite dip.
