- 8 slices tomato
- 8 slices sourdough bread toasted
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. Ahuacatlan Avocado Oil, chipotle flavor
- 4 large romaine lettuce leaves, shredded
- 1/2 lb.(8 slices) deli turkey
- 8 slices bacon1ripe,
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced into 16 thin slices
Sprinkle tomato slices with salt. Spread mayonnaise on one side of the toast and Ahuacatlan Avocado Oil on the other side.
On four of the slices, layer two slices of tomato, shredded lettuce, four slices of turkey, two pieces of bacon, and four slices of avocado.
Top with the second piece of bread and cut in half.
