- 1 pack of wonton
- 5 oz. Bacon, chopped
- 1 ½ onion, chopped
- 1 small can of chipotle chiles in adobo
- 1 large can of vegetables
- ½ cup Ahuacatlan Oil Natural
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
In a sauce pan, saute the onion until translucent.
Add the bacon and when it’s starting to cook, add the can of chipotle chiles. Cook until the bacon is fully done.
Add the can of mixed vegetables, and cook for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
To make the rolls, have a little water in a bowl handy. Extend each wonton diagonally (like a diamond), and place 1 tsp of the mixture in the center of each wonton. Fold one corner in to the wrap the filling. Then fold both sides in so that the filling doesn’t fall out, and roll the rest.
In a frying pan, add Ahuacatlan Oil Natural. When hot, fry the rolls until golden brown.
