- 1 package of “Maria” cookies (Goya brand)
- ¼ cup Ahuacatlán Natural
- 1 can Condensed Milk
- 1 can Evaporated Milk
- 3 Eggs
- 8 oz. Low Fat Creme Cheese
Preheat the oven to 320°
In a food processor, add the “Maria” cookies and process until pulverized.
In a bowl, add the Maria cookie powder and the Ahuacatlan, mix until they make a thick paste.
Press the paste into the bottom of a cheesecake baking mold.
In a blender, add the condensed milk, evaporated milk, eggs and creme cheese, blend thoroughly.
Pour the mixture into the mold over the “Maria” cookie paste.
Bake at 320°F for 35 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. Let cool to set.
