Potato Croquettes

  • Fresh mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • 2 cup potato puree
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • ½ cup flour
  • Ahuacatlan natural for frying

With your hands, form small balls and insert a small cube of mozzarella cheese in the center.

Place the egg mixture, the flour and the breadcrumbs in three separate bowls.

Take each ball and pass them through the egg, then the flour and the breadcrumbs.

In a sauté pan, heat up a good amount of Ahuacatlan oil. Fry each ball for about 5 minutes until they are golden brown.
